These terms and conditions govern the use of the website https://agentflowdigital.online and the purchase of AGENTFLOW™ digital products, operated by Husza Gyorgy, a sole trader (persoană fizică) domiciled in Sighișoara, Mureș County, Romania.

1. Subject of the contract

AGENTFLOW™ sells digital products (templates, content calendars, scripts and related materials) for real estate agents. Products are delivered exclusively in digital format.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through the AGENTFLOW™ checkout platform. Payment is confirmed before the digital product is delivered.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email and/or through a dedicated download page, immediately after payment is confirmed.

4. Usage rights

The specific terms for using the materials are described on the License page.

5. Returns and refunds

Refund conditions are described on the Refund Policy page.

6. Changes to these terms

AGENTFLOW™ reserves the right to update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on the site at the time of purchase.
