Refund Policy

1. Nature of the products

AGENTFLOW™ products are digital content, delivered electronically, not supplied on any physical medium.

2. Right of withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, digital content delivered immediately is generally exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights) once you've given explicit consent to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. If you are outside the EU, your local consumer protection law may grant you different rights — this policy doesn't override those, it describes what AGENTFLOW™ itself offers.

3. Exceptional situations

If a product can't be accessed or downloaded due to a technical issue on AGENTFLOW™'s side, contact us for a fix or, where applicable, a full refund.
